OVC Staff Council Is Off and Running!
The inaugural OVC Staff Council is excited to hit the ground running. The Staff Council was an idea that came from the OVC headquarters team to help promote cross-office collaboration and create a strong sense of community within the division. This council is made up of 13 staff members from a variety of offices within OVC who are excited to engage in discussion, collaboration, and implementation.
The OVC Staff Council had its first meeting on Wednesday, March 27 and will be convening regularly. The council has already begun discussing onboarding and professional development, community and culture, and cross-office engagement.
The staff council is co-chaired by Lauren Rodriguez (Admissions) and Michael Santoro (UAC), and includes 11 members:
