Welcome to the OVC Staff Council

The OVC Staff Council’s mission is to advocate for members of the OVC community in matters pertaining to holistic support, morale, and consistency across offices. Our goal is to amplify staff voices while providing a safe, non-biased space for honest conversations; we aim to help OVC staff and faculty articulate and address their concerns and seek accountability from leadership. Our priority is the well-being of every member of the OVC community.
