Experiential Learning Fair

Experiential Learning Fair

Each week, staff from the Undergraduate Advising Center (UAC) collaborate with different offices and services at MIT to put on a weekly Hub that is designed both for first-year students as well as upper-level students. These programs are geared to connect students to resources proactively, engage students with various learning opportunities, and even just to learn more about the amazing things MIT has to offer.

We have partnered with several offices within OVC on these events, but on September 26, we partnered with Kate Weishaar in the Office of Experiential Learning to put on an Experiential Learning Fair for our first-year and upper level-students. We were able to bring in 16 different offices for students to learn about or get involved with. Students met with staff and student representatives from programs like the Martin Trust Center for Entrepreneurship, MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund, D-Lab, NEET, Arts at MIT, UROP, and more!

We look forward to planning more Hubs to connect our students to the amazing network of MIT professionals, support, and resources. If you are interested in collaborating with the UAC on programming, please reach out to Michael Santoro (msan@mit.edu) and Chelsea Longin (longin@mit.edu) to learn more!
