Dear colleagues,
I am pleased to announce that Jessica Bonitatibus joins the Office of Graduate Education as Senior Program Administrator for the Graduate Student Experience as of today. She will be located in the main OGE suite in 3-107, and can be reached at 258-5922 or jmb87@mit.edu.
In this newly created role, Jessica will take on administration of the Graduate Student Experience Grants and the Graduate Community Fellows program, as well as provide support to the Visiting Student program. She will also serve as an Institute resource to the Graduate Student Council and collaborate with this group and OGE campus partners to deliver graduate orientation.
Bringing rich experience and dedication to graduate student support, Jessica’s most recent position oversaw community engagement at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, serving as the advisor to their graduate council and providing guidance to dozens of graduate student organizations. Prior to that role, she was the associate director of student services at the New England College of Optometry. Her accomplishments in student engagement and events management indicate the strength she brings to the MIT graduate community.
Jessica says, “I'm excited to become a part of the OGE community and to build meaningful connections with students, faculty and staff.”
